Colorado MGMA Gold Corporate Affiliate

Supports Colorado MGMA and its strategies and vision
Understands and supports the needs and objectives of Colorado MGMA
Offers solutions to the Association’s challenges
Designed to give the Affiliate unique recognition in the Association and among CMGMA members
A limited number of Gold Corporate Affiliates will be chosen by the Colorado MGMA Board of Directors

To Obtain Membership:	Submit application and two reference forms filled out by CMGMA members who use your products/services. Pay membership dues. Selected by the CMGMA Board.
Annual Membership Dues	$1000
	Gold Corporate Affiliate Benefits
Vendor Marketplace Weblink	Complimentary Weblink and brief 200 word description of services. Posted for one calendar year beginning at the time of your membership, until December 31 of that year.
Newsletter	Opportunity to submit education-based article in one CMGMA Quarterly Communicator. Schedule to be made in advance and monitored by the Secretary and Corporate Sponsor Affiliate Board member. If many Gold Corporate Affiliates wish to participate, there is the option to create a larger newsletter. Will receive the QuarterlyCommunicator.
Newsletter Ads	Paid Ads – see Prices for Advertisement Space
Directory Listing	Complimentary Directory Listing. Receive one annual directory per Affiliate.
Directory Ads	Available - see Prices for Advertisement Space Considered first for prime ad locations as determined by the Association. First refusal.
Membership List*	Complimentary set of membership mailing labels distributed at Spring Conference. One additional set available for purchase - $85
Recognition at Conferences and Events	Complimentary Deluxe Rosette Award Ribbon to display at conferences and events. Printed Certificate. Contact information printed in Conference Roster. Recognized per Exhibit and Sponsorship Prospectus if additional sponsorships are made. Introduction of company and products/services at Conference to Membership.
Exhibiting at Conferences	Required to Exhibit at all Educational Conferences. Receive preferential space.
Attending educational sessions and conferences	Conference fee includes attendance to the educational sessions for one representative. Additional representatives may attend for an additional fee.
