All ads must be sent electronically in .jpeg, .tiff or .eps format. No bleeds – copy shall be floating or line around outside dimensions. Use halftones or shading minimally or not at all for best appearance. Reverse print is acceptable.

Newsletter Ads	Business Card ¼ Page Half Page	$75 ea $250/4 $200 ea $700/4 $400 ea $1250/4	Must be current, paid Affiliate member. All ads must be sent electronically in .jpeg, .tiff or .eps format. A limited amount of advertisement space is available in each Quarterly Communicator. Space limitations to be decided by the Colorado MGMA Board.

2/15		Deadline for Ad Space to be Reserved in Directory. Submit Directory Ad Reservation Form with Payment to Colorado MGMA Office.
2/20		All Artwork for Directory Ads Due to Colorado MGMA Office. Must meet all requirements listed above.
